Description

Our noncompetitive cheer program is open to athletes of all experience levels, from beginners exploring cheer for the first time to returning participants looking to build and refine their skills. Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while teaching foundational and progressive cheer skills.

Participants work on jumps, arm motions, cheer positions, basic stunts and mounts, cartwheels, splits, and learning cheers and chants in a fun, supportive, and pressure-free environment. Instruction is adapted to meet each child where they are, allowing athletes to safely progress at their own pace.

This program emphasizes teamwork, positive movement experiences, and skill development—without tryouts or competitions—making it an accessible and engaging option for all levels.

General Info

A note about hair and jewelry: all dancers, regardless of gender, are expected to have and keep hair out of the face. It is a distraction and often a hazard when dangling loose or insecurely pulled back. Bangs or pieces of hair hanging down into the face or covering eyes are not acceptable. Necklaces, bracelets, toe rings, and any earrings (aside from studs) are very dangerous in class to the dancer wearing them and the dancers around them. They could get caught and yanked off inadvertently, fall off and be stepped on, and/or be lost/broken.
